Well why not?
Well, panning individual harmonics... sounds... crazy. But if were a little more precise, you could say that EQUO has a feature that allows you to pan individual harmonics. It's not that hard then.

Man I think Agu is onto something guys. Wasn't that harmonic thing mentioned in a Noisia video somewhere? I dunno maybe I'm crazy but I'ma definitely give that a try.

Mid/side EQ introduces phase problems in mono as well. As Add9 said, it can't be done.
Another tool for stereo width is the free DImension Expander plugin.
