Maybe I'm ignorant but I feel like Blade Runner and Alien created a sort of special vibe/aesthetic that I don't see in any stuff before it, and is a massive part of dubstep, techstep DNB etc
That sort of special moody hard techno-mystique. Source Direct, Ed Rush, Dillinja etc from the mid 90`s were like Alien in audio form
