got no doubt about that
watching the old man's eyes shine
but
feeling good ain't everything.
Being alive and experiencing crap can be much better.

I realised recently that the decent high you get is the seperation of yourself from your current state of mind.
this was always bliss back in the day during a personal war,
but a few months back when I had them it just made me feel muggy and clouded my judgement.
and afterwards I felt crap, suicideline crap.
so, if your head sussed: don't bother.

i have done bare opium teas, very nice but horrible hangover, like the worst i ever had.
i like them because when im in bed my back and neck always hurt and i never find the position but when i have a tea, i can be upwards down in the bed with my neck twisted and i am as confortable as i was in heaven

the pub I went to the last time I had codeine had another visit from me last night, sober of course. all I could here from the woman at the bar was cocodamol this, cocodamol that.
at first she seemed to be slandering them for being so strong but then following it up with wanting to ask her mum for more for 'toothache'.
nice entrance there: 'there too strong, but my teeth tho' haha, junky mentality.
codeine are common in the uk. wouldnt bother though, get your lady to massage your neck and shoulders before bed and get a decent pillow poss memory foam. maybe try ibuprofen. the reason you sleep off opiates its cos it zonks your brain (medical term) and not address the problem, which other meds may do better but less toxically.

I read somewhere that some girl pretended to be getting cough medicine for her sick boyfriend and just acted innocently like "apparently I should get one with...codayne?" and the pharmacist just pulled it out from under the counter like
oh well apparently its quiet an overrated drug anyway

it is. it's relative to the mind you wanna numb. some drugs expand or exagerate thoughts. opiates just numb. switching off is only temp tho, as, unless you become an addict your gonna have to deal with them anway and curve of the narcotic sine wave will exasperate the problems further when it hits negative territory.

okay i swear to you all that codeine is legal in the UK. when i was in london, i walked into some random convenience store and ask for tylenol 3. they didn't have tylenol 3 but they gave me co-codamol without any fuss.
of course it's got tylenol in it so you gotta do some kinda science experiment to get rid of that but if you're that dedicated, it can be done. google CWE.
re fentanyl. never tried that, but if you're completely naive i would tread very very carefully. that is strong shit and the doses are in micrograms iirc. if they're not patches, are they lollipops?

Nah it's on paper, like acid. 200ug/blot
I drank a bottle of that cough syrup, made me feel mongy and really really horny, big pupils which surprised me, other opiates make them small

ah, well than yeah, use one of the dose conversion calculators and then take the equivalent dose to something you're experienced with.
everyone else covered the rest - addiction etc. you might want to start preparing for being a methadone patient.
