I know a case where some girl who was a year too young to buy alcohol offered a blowjob to two guys if they would do it for her. These guys wanted to boost their ego, and told everyone about how she sucked their dicks and because of that, girl got bullied in school and got depressed etc. etc. Suddenly she went to the police and told them these guys forced her to it and from what I heard, they got pretty fucking big fees to pay, considering there's no evidence, no witnesses, nothing after all. Funny thing is that I knew these guys when I was younger and they would be some of the last people I would ever suspect raping anyone, but who knows. its the affirmative consent/intoxication rape law thing they signed not long ago, it was all over the news here that a Canadian tourist was facing up to 8 years in federal pound me in the ass prison in the states because the girl was arguing that she was unable to say no due to having consumed alcohol (she had a reaction to even a small quantity of alcohol that made her unable to say no to sex) and because of the new affirmative consent thing, not saying yes explicitly before sex on paper/camera means no because no woman would ever lie about rape in court. i can't find anything on that case in particular but i don't really see how the new policy might affect it. if she were to accuse him of rape it probably wouldn't matter what law were in place, she would still want to pursue him legally for that

main thing with that law as far as i can tell (it's not something i've read up on as extensively as i should have,) is to change the mindset of men in these things. i don't think it's a bad thing at all if it makes guys more conscious at every stage whether their partner's still into it or not
