like if you use more calories that you ingest you will lose weight, your body can't just create energy/mass from thin air

you can eat a lot and not get obese, it's being smart with what you eat.

I treat fat people with very little respect. They don't deserve it, especially the ones who look like they have just given up, I pity them.

I usually see this really fat woman on my bus in an electric wheelchair but I'm not sure if it's cause of some other condition or cause of her weight
