- Reading (sometimes)
- The smile on a child's face
- World peace
- My special lady friend, SHE'S MY HEART

That kind of tune I find really uplifting, where its melancholy but happy. That kind of wistfulness, more genuinely moving than some happy clappy shit.

Bass, yes. Good to see I'm not the only one to grin when the wave hits me :) At the University of Dub, when Iration Steppas turned THE BASS on and my hair and clothes started to move (I won't even mention my chest :) I was the happiest person alive!
And the nature too. Winter this year is a sorry excuse for a winter, so when there happened to be one truly beautiful, sunny, cold day with every blow of -10 degree wind to my face my smile was getting bigger and bigger :D

The Dude abides...

Defo a good one for a bad mood, only lasts till the Dude gets his head in the toilet, if even that long.

Oh music definitely helps too, rock wise more vitriolic stuff (Rapeman's "Just got paid today", Fudge Tunnel's "SRT"), loads of 2 step and old jungle and hardcore, proper fun shizzle to twat around my flat to.

Love cooking for mates too and chopping veg to RIP to Remarc (jungle is the best prepping music ever)

After party drug and stupidity marathons often fun too.
