I've got one in mind, but what would you recomend me to buy so I can record stuff off my decks because every time I want to record a set I have to go to my mates yard... long! I only want to spend around £30 though

Jackson seems a bit weird at start. Esp. the beatmapping. There are some useful how-to video clips on the site though. Once you get the idea, it's a piece of cake.

Coki - Spongebob vs. Solja Boy - Crank Dat
would record it but one of my needles is broken and i don't have a CD deck [or solja boy on vynil for that matter] so you'll just have to imagine it. lol i played solja boy off Youtube then mixed it on one deck the other day.
would like to emphasise that there is no respect for solja boy here.

cheers you two but how would I link the decks up to the laptop? do I have to buy an interface, because thats what my mates got

should be able to connect to your laptop's soundcard, or you might need to buy an external one. then you have to set in sound settings to record and then record it through audacity
