maybe one day I'll actually change the way it looks... I care so little about myspace though... I can't wait till it goes away and gets replaced with the next trendy friendster-like thing

The future is going to be everyone's phone connected with GPS shit telling you where your friends are all the time. You can meet friends in your area, and get advertisements based on where you are and who you are. It's only a matter of time... think google ads... attached to your text messages and voice mail...

actually its funny you should mention that. Some hipster retard friends of mine were raving about this thing that's apparently taking off in new york sitay. apparently it's like friendster but based on sms, so you can text this thing that then texts your whole friends list to invite them all out to something or w/e. sounds frightening frankly

it's based on the sidekick messenger phone from tmobile. it's just a group list function. for example, if you're at a bar on 5th st, anybody on your friend list within a certain distance from 5th st get's a text/page. you have to pay for this though. not free yet.

it'll be free once they convince the bar on 5th street to pay for ads. Then when your friends get ads that say "hey come down to ___ it's the coolest bar evarrrr" they won't be able to discern whether it's a recommendation from you or just an ad.
