If I want some beer,
I don't want to hear,
How I missed the show,
Because I drink to slow,
So pass me the beer bong,
It won't take very long,
For me to put down,
Torpedo to the ground.

Because drinking beer's to slow,
Beer bong's the way to go,
To go,
To go,
Don't drink, too slow

Beer Bong, Beer Bong, Beer Bong, Beer Bong

If I want some beer,
I don't want to hear,
How I missed the show,
Because I drink to slow,
So pass me the beer bong,
It won't take very long,
For me to put down,
Torpedo to the ground.

Because drinking beer's to slow,
Beer bong's the way to go,
To go,
To go,
Don't drink, too slow

Beer Bong, Beer Bong, Drink it down now.

Dwarves - Thank Heavens for Little Girls

Image

Most songs done in less than 2 minutes so I think the whole album is less than half an hour. Nihilist stupidity all the way - "Johnny... get that fuckin needle out of your eye"

Not quite punk but very drunken

Image

Especially for the "cover" of Shakin All Over - "Oh girl, I like the way you make my asshole bleed"

I often get a hankering for Archangel by Samhain when I'm drunk.

Samhain is always good. I thought it was musically the most interesting thing Glenn ever did - "Human Pony Girl", "Let the Day Begin" - all that. Great shit. And Shonky - FUCK! How could I forget the mighty Dwarves? Yes! My old band got to open for them a couple times. Awesome.

Toy Dolls are great any time. Chicks love 'em.

TSOL wrote some great singalong tunes.

Crass... yeah, but that might make you more moody or righteous than party-happy.

D.I. are another tried & true rowdy-ready band, good for getting all pissed up and pissed off.

Sloppy Seconds are funny, although I kinda get sick of their sound halfway through the record...

Even though it was a bit more on the metal tip, that first super-offensive S.O.D. album ("Speak English Or Die") was pretty fun too.

Can you tell that I went to High School in the mid/late 80's yet? LOL.

Ahh but Motorhead is not punk its Metal or Speed Metal and even tho Speed Metal does contain punk , punk does not contain metal. Sorry just being an ubergeek....

I remember when the punk/metal schism was pretty insane: in Northern California during the mid 80's (at least where I lived) it was BMX & Metal against skateboards & Punk. There was pretty much no overlap at all, you were either down with one or the other, and to like one meant to hate the other. That sucked.

But honestly, when the two scenes did start to converge via speed metal, thrash, crossover hardcore, etc., a lot of lameness started creeping into punk shows: instead of the free for all that used to be the pit, people started marching in circles and getting sadistic, calling it "moshing" (I fucking hate that term). Extended guitar solos suck too.

Motorhead transcends all barriers though. Even though they're something of an archetypal proto-metal band, Joey Ramone once said that in terms of all hard rock styles created after 1977 there were really only two bands that counted: the Ramones & Motorhead. While I don't know if I entirely agree with him, Motorhead's crossover appeal was there from the beginning - even '77 punks were into Motorhead.

Seen on Motorhead but defiantly felt more later with GBH.

'human pony girl' is this worst thing danzig ever did with samhain

by far

i'd say its the worst thing he's ever done, but the last 4 danzig albums would prove that to be incorrect.

and 'too drunk to fuck' is obviously an anti-drinking song
