Yaknow, most of it I dont really like, all midrangy and samey sounding, but I have a friend who used to spin it in NorCal, and his stuff I could actually listen to. Thank god too, cause he used to have to practice at my house before gigs cause he didnt have tables. His stuff I would actually call psychadaelic, very melty and trippy sounding and with proper deep bass. Still two notes only, but deeper than most...

Psy-trance is an abomination - Knight Rider theme at 45rpm, budda-bung-budda-bung basslines, trying too hard to be "deep" and "spiritual" when it's actually as deep as a shallow grave, which is about as much effort as I'll go to in hiding the bodies should I ever be allowed firearms in the vicinity of these trustafarian shitcunts, and is about as psychedelic as Eastenders...no actually probably less so.

Mr Rogers' new downtempo shit is super dope, he should have some mixes of both that and psytrance on there, if he doesnt hit me up and Ill send you some. His original downtempo type stuff is like more polished, less minimal sounding skweee... kinda like psy-skweee, if you use the psy-trance definition of psy.
