Used to think I'd consider myself a "DJ" when I'd made a mixtape/cd and people that people would listen to and enjoy. That happened, and still I didn't feel like a DJ. Then I thought once I'd got on pirate radio and got my name out there a bit I'd feel like DJ. That happened, and still I didn't quite feel like a DJ. Then I thought that once I'd played out I'd definitely feel like a DJ. That happened, first in smaller bars, and over the last year or so in some bigger club venues to a lot of people. That happened, and I kind of feel like a proper DJ now.
But then you watch something like that..!
And it pops your bumbaclart balloon.
SMH in '08, man. (Big up Vonathon.)

Sweet lord, Q Bert is the king.
Saw him a couple of years ago, absolutely stormed it and didn't even switch the decks on. Amazing.

actually seeing as it's been brought up - does anyone know if the Invisible Scratch Pickles ever released anything?! Or if there's a sneaky archive anywhere? I've caught bits and pieces here and there from the battles, but would love to get more. This has been an unfulfilled wish for years now

There's the
Shiggar Fraggar Shows, recordings of their pirate radio sets from a good few years back.
