The guy in the blue is a straight up wanker, does have a major right hand on him though! Obviously bouncers are a necessity and do get alot of hassle but some of the comments on the video clearly cant see that the people getting hit aren't doing anything wrong, they're not drunk or starting on the bouncers. I hope something comes back around to those fuckers

i used to know a guy who ran a bit security firm... and he actually told me how they'd coax people out the back door from some minor argument just to beat the shit out of them for fun. makes me sick.

and out to the tnuc who stamped on my friend's brother's leg repeatedly so that he was in hospital awaiting an operation for a week just because they had to wait for the swelling to go down and is now recovering from the operation in which they nearly had to amputate the leg and it's now touch and go whether he'll be able to walk on it again. for nothing. literally nothing. ruined the guys life.

Seen this shit happen (not has bad) but seen bouncers give a bloke a cheap punch cause he was just like having a little debate..

Damn, that's part of the job. If they can't cope with it, they must be forbidden to do it.
We've annoying and agressive drunkards all over the city and I've never seen such a thing. A bouncer does this in here, he gets fired right away, is taken to the court and certainly won't do that job for a long while.

these video's are seriously fucked up and some very sad stories in this thread, saw a documentary which found that a lot of the time guys allowed to join the big agencies have previous criminal records for violent acts, which means they shouldn't be allowed to become a bouncer (obviously), but a quick backhander sorts that out, and loads of exam centres will just let people pass their tests by default for another quick bribe, meaning that a fairly large percentage of bouncers out there are violent thugs who have not properly learnt their stuff, and this leads to terrible things such as those seen/read in this thread

My sentiments exactly. I've never met an overly aggressive one, but I don't think it takes much for them to get violent. Sadly, that's the nature of the work.

I recon that's bullshit though. A bouncer should never have to throw a punch. They are there to stop violence. They should be there to restrain people and defuse situations, and to make sure this kinda shit dosen't happen. Somewhere along the line things have gotten twisted and they think they are there to just punch people they don't like. Fucking amatures. Should be psych evaluations before you get your liscence.

I've actually shook a bouncers hand before, after bieng kicked out of the place. Basically I needed to be kicked out, was young and out of control, but they guy was very professional about it. It's pretty hard to start a fight with me but most bouncers will at least try. Been kicked out a handful of times by bouncers, mostly they will just grab you by neck without warning and throw you out before you have even been given a chance to walk. No wonder people ark up at them.
