I'm not that bothered, but it does seem like the new version of being cool by being the first person to like something is being cool by being the first person to hate it.

I mean, sure, people don't like stuff, I don't like stuff, but I don't feel the need to write elaborate putdowns to illustrate how much cleverer I am than all the people who do like it. And to be honest, people who do tend to end up just sounding like arrogant wankers.

Actually yeah, I'd be quite up for an ungodly cacophony of beats and bass, sounds more interesting than obvious plodstep....

I don't understand why someone would actually bother to go out of their way to badmouth a genre of music unless of course it affected them personally. I think the guy who wrote this is just another DnB head whos pissed that most of his heroes understand dubstep and have recently jumped on the wagon.
