I'd try to keep away from bouncing down your tracks, once you've done that you are stuck with all the levels etc that you set, and any subsequent work you do after has to be spot on level wise and I'm not sure it's the best way to do things, if your comp can only handle so much stick to it, sometimes having a bit of a contraint can aid your sound, try filling out your track with more subtle things rather than layering the shit out of one aspect of it.
