Why have a hot curry though? If you want to look macho in front of your friends by handling the spice then thats the one for you. A mild curry hasn't got as much capsaicin so the instant hotness doesn't hit you and you can concentrate on the flavour and not on drinking water to get our tastebuds back in shape.
