right. i work as a courier and it seems like people always blame couriers for anything. there's a big chain reaction from the moment you placed your order and till you received it.
sometimes i get orders, that has an address like "company name, 2nd floor, name of the street, city" now how the fuck can i find where to go? i can't go to every building's second floor and check if that company is there. that's just example. allow it.
the best thing to do is to contact the company, where you placed your orders - they should deal with it, coz you paid them your money.

It was from O2.
I phoned up DHL and gave them a more specific address. I know the company I work for is hard to find, but cmon there is a panel with a button that has the company name on it at a certain area of the street where number 55 is.

The other day I had to deliver to some company and the panel with a buttons looked like this. No, delivery wasn't for sk:n.
