i'll admit to not being hip to most of those songs you just mentioned and i know that return of the boombap is a legendary hip hop album, its just apart from on sound of da police krsone just sounds average....

Krs is responsible for so much good hip-hop. His flow may be simplistic, but he has the voice and mic presence that many that have been mentioned here sadly lack.
