He's damn good, as well.
Madlib is worthy of being mentioned as well.
I would have said RZA as well, but come on, that's just redundant at this point since he's already considered a God by many.

The Alchemist in his heyday was on some shit. Those classic Mobb Deep beats are Godly.

Harry Love did Staircase to Stage (Jehst), Liquid Love (Yungun), Murda (Klash).... BIG uk riddems.
not sure he did any beats for Skinny. most of skinny's lp was done by Adam M and dj flip
Was Jehst on the buttons for 'Alcoholic Author'?? If so, he might scrape a UK list for that alone

And whoever produced this

!
My UK Hiphop knowledge is poor when it comes to Producers...

I prefer most of the beats in UKHH to American though, no offense to American but UKHH beats just do it for me.

Premier for providing solid material all the time. Not a great fan of anything RZA has done post-2000 tbh.
Other than that Pete Rock, Madlib, Lord Finesse, Large Pro, El-P, Prefuse, RJD2 (first two albums only), Flying Lotus.
Early Mobb Deep is dope but Havoc's solo album is completely wack
