Saw RZA back in May. He was clearly off his face. Still a well good show though.

The 36 Chambers is in my top 5 hip hop albums of all time. The energy that they give to their ryhmes is totally what makes the album. They really sound like they are fucking HYPE...the whole album. Their new stuff, they sound bored, why don't they go back and give us that live shit? That is why people loved the WU to begin with. Not to mention, all those BANGIn' first solo albums they put out were also genius as well. Fuck!!!!..... I want my WU back.
Though I did think their second album had some dope shit on it too. If they limited the double 2nd album to just their dope tunes on it, it would have made a follow up that was almost as good as the first. Also, the 'Ghostdog' soundtrack by RZA is really dope too...and a hell of a movie.

saw them twice at Dour festival. Everytime 1 member did not show up, first time it was Method and second time GZA..but they still kicked ass though!
I also saw GZA 2 times and I don't think there is something better in hiphop to see live hehe.
It's all about "36 chambers" and "wu tang forever"!!

GZA is ridiculous in general, I'm sure he's sick live.

Started listening to Wu-Tang as an infant (Not even joking, my father was in love with the early material). Also got to learn way too much about them.
Gotta say, meeting Cappadonna was one of the more remarkable experiences of my life. Mostly because he told me I'd grown up so much since we last saw each other... and we'd never met each other before.
Easily, 2nd greatest In Person quote a rapper could make.

I'm gonna have to throw Gravediggaz into this.
Gravediggaz, for me. were better than the Wu.
6 Feet Deep is one of my favorite hip-hop albums ever.

gravediggaz were good but wu had meth, gza, rae and (most importantly) ghostface killah - who is easily a top 5 mc imo and probably the most consistent rapper of all time

read it, the picture of the old white dude with a framed picture of the Wu on his desk is priceless...
not to mention the caption that just tops it off.

"While the Clan is generally associated with tales of conquest, slaughter, and 'bringing da motherfuckin' ruckus,' it must also be noted that its members were prolific lovers who expanded the empire by sowing their seed all across the country," Tinsley said. "Who knows, perhaps my very own children are direct descendants of Ghostface Killah."

This is one of the most underrated hip-hop tunes ever.
