excited, metal mouth hurts me
If one of them gets a release, it MUST be Memories of a 3rd base, it has been in the player for a while and such a big tune.

And don't hurt us with your plans, Mr. Jones.

edit: Memories of 3rd base that is.

Yeah these are sick songs but do all sound very similar. Skream can do better in my opinion, i swear he makes like a batch of about 5 songs then about 3 sound quite similar but 1 or 2 sound different and far better then the others.

Just look at the ones this thread is about: Metal Mouth, What Did He Say, Aggy Face etc. then there is songs like Dark Light and Rollin' that he made at around the same time but they are so much better.

Keep with the amazing few rather than the not so amazing many Mr. Jones .

its like jazz, they are just variations on a theme, and not every tune has to be a "banger" sometimes we need grinders.

there are DJ's who play dubstep out that people dont just come to pay attention to the DJ

enviromental shit

big up skream

I know what the Masterplan is ;) ha.

He is making all these songs that are all mid-range wobble and don't sound like he took much time making them but if you listen to Fields of Emotion (one of the tracks that is gonna be on the album) the production is so much better on it and you can tell he has taken his time on it and it's deep not just pure mentalness ha.

Bottomline: The album is gonna have tracks that are deep and have a lot higher production level than the current ones being put out so they are gonna be "coming from a completely different angle" to what he is making currently. Therefore blowing us all away as we will not be expecting it.

I agree with this thread completely, people need to voice their real opinions on this forum, if it's positive or negative:
End of the day, these two tunes (along with alot of skream tunes as of late) are very similar. At the end of the day he should spend more time on album tracks and not creating shit predictable bangers for the club. Listen to the that show me remix.... It's awful, out of tune and that predictable noise... what the fuck are you looking at and clap your hands also have essentially the same sound, and the production standard on both those tunes is very poor... Just a dry clap sound and a downloaded sample of women.
It's a real shame though because i do appreciate everything that Skream has done for this genre and most of his work is really good, i mean he's a pioneer really, up there with Mala, and Loefah, which is why this upsets me so much.
I am actually looking forward to the album because hopefully the production will be much deeper.
Something that's been bugging me for a while too, but didn't know what to name the thread if i made a knew one is Skream playing D'n'B.... I mean fair enough if that's what he's into but i really disagree with it..... People get sick of everyone saying "dubstep is slowed down drum'n'bass" and by resorting to DJing d'n'b skream causes the scene to regress. Also, look at the rinse fm timetable: Firstly he is scheduled as a dubstep show, secondly there is absolutely NO d'n'b on there and i believe there's a reason for that.
Would be interesting to see what everyone elses opinions are on this topic.

(please note all words written above of an opinion that i'm entitled to and have expressed them here to not incite hatred but to start a discussion.)

fair play if thats your view.......But in regard to the dnb bit, its my radio show i can play what i like....Im feeling that style of dnb cos to me its the same idea as dubstep halfstep rythms, deep bass and space........

And about the Von d refix....How the fuck is it noise? I dont get it......
ANd with regard to my 'formula' its my formula every producer has one.....end off....Its the same as me saying all people who write 'deep' dstep all use the same sine wave and all there tunes sound the same.......There are people outside this forum that like wobblerz. And its not like i play them all one after the other either is it....

My 2 pence worth

Fair shout skream, there is a lot of good dnb and it's not like he's playing full on jump up stuff, so I think in that respect someone should have a bit on rinse. And true every producer has a formula, even if songs sound completely different they've probably gone about it in the same sort of way.
