dubstep just doesn't work with hip-hop and never will, imo.

all the tracks on there are sounding like shit.

so far this is the 2009 version of the judgement night soundtrack. two styles that can only sound immensely cheesey when put together but are probably quite fun to listen to if your 13.

I'm not sure about the whole thing TBH. I'll admit that madhouse is complimented by Murs - but I'm a big Murs fan also. Hip-hop just isn't aggro enough for dubstep!

How it should be done

I'm not doubting any of them as mcs, but it just doesn't sound right.. grime mcs rinse it so much harder.

Yeah exactly what i thought. Some don't sound as bad as i was expecting but i still just think American's rapping over these tunes just sounds stupid. Rapping about Cars, Girls etc. just sounds too jolly whereas Grime MC's are gritty, are english and Grime is close to the scene so the two genre's go hand in hand.

that joker and rustie track got ruined with the vocals

tracks dont need vocals imo and if they did theres plent people this side of the pond that would ride the beats much better

a few of timbaland's beats have been 140-135. this for example....which plastician was playing from day one

Personally I love the crossover, finally some lyrical depth on the horizon, as much as grime is hard hitting and gritty, the word play is pretty gash most of the time and not really appealling to me.

Plastician - Big move bruv, congrats and respect!

if you are on about still tippin, then its not just plastician who used to play that...fair enough he done a remix & w/e...hardly a remix imo

I love bringing in Are You That Somebody (Instrumental) into my sets....

also that Ginuwine tune he produced and also the other one for alliyah 'we need a resolution' i think thats what its called, got most of them on a blank CDR
