I've been a fan of the Def Jux stuff for a long time (Murs, Aesop Rock, Cannibal Ox, etc). I didn't like that track he did "Protect and Entertain," but this track is great.
I'm not sure what Wishful2 meant by the "American steam-roller" destroying electro and 8-bit (you mean chiptunes?), but whatever.

The bug & Flowdans riddims? Geeneus & riko/Blackdown remix? DVA & Badness ? Goodz & Starkey? Starkey remix of Wiley? Skepta & Plasticman? Stuff which works on 140 dubstep and doesnt sound too slow & hiphoppy, Are you Stoopid in the Face?
Im sure this will be big with Americans who are used to the slooooww flow but this just doesnt work for me.

I don't like any of these new rap+dubstep tunes, not even a little bit. Just makes it blend in to all other music and is depressing me.
Also, chase & status basslines = all the same sound and shit

i love murs but it just sounds way better when a grime mc like riley rides the beat in my humble opinion

Chase and Status just bore me now. At first when they started to make dubstep it was cool but they just repeat them selfs over and over again.

Hated the Snoop one, don't like Madhouse but this tune got me listening again

i like it, but either (once AGAIN) the vocal track needs to be turned down a hair in places, or the track and vocals need to be eq'd to compliment each other.

lol - yea it's really trying something 'different'... oh wait, no it's exactly the same tune with some very average american gangsta lyrics. and theyve already done this with eastern jam. just my opinion of course
