yeah i really want some ambient and melodic tunes to break up the flow a bit.

So you're doing a mix of X amount of 32 bar tunes what are all different, i get the feeling this isn't well thought out!? I think I'll pass due to not understanding ... why?

Why not just make X amount of 5-10 minute long tracks and mix it like normal...So theres diversity and breakdowns where you can do more blending

I would do but i need to save for my studio bits, i've only been using headphones and a shit copy of cubase. im trying to save up for a mac and logic and some monitors before starting any new stuff. plus i've never really dabbled with dubstep

I thought of this ideas yeeeaaaars ago but never went anywhere with it. You might think if opening it up for multiple submitions from each person though or it might be a 5 minute mix

But yeah I'll send something over. Will be a good chance to get something out of the archives that never made it out of the original session.

i've thought about this idea a lot, and i even start a thread to disscuss this idea before i started this thread. there are many reasons why im doing this mix, here are just a few, to show case all the producer on the production fourm, to give somthing back and it might be fun and i might learn some thing two

the idea is for it to be a show case of the producers on this site. so its like any one on here can have there little minute in this mix. this is not to show off my mixing skills or a mix to chill to it is a show case. this different to all them of mixs surly you can apreciate it as a creative person.

yeah ive always had that as a back up plan if i dont get enoght tunes. one reason i made that rule was i just want to give every one just one minute.
but keep your eyes pealed as i might change that rule.
