Considering a few people including Donald Rumsfeld himself have made a killing off of their stocks in flu vaccines, I would say it's at the very least a remote possibility.

its true, i can't think of any country on earth that has humans, swine, AND birds. oh no actually, i can think of loads.

as somebody who's studied molecular biology and virology, i promise you its completely normal. viruses recombine by chance, pandemics come and go.

There's a difference between funding a company or a person for oil/money and killing people from your own country, putting yourself and your economy to risk.

IMHO, this is just plain paranoia. Some people should have a bit more trust in their government instead of creating conspiracy theories out of frustration (yes, frustration).

So they want to commit mass murder to thin out the population, if they do that who the hell will they rule over, who will do their bidding and more importantly for such capitalists, who will buy their products if they wipe a lot of us out, bearing in mind that the Swine Flu is hitting the so called 1st world where they sell most of their stuff.

As for America funding Mr Hilter, they funded Stalin as well and on a much bigger scale.

I'm not going to get too embroiled in this one, but remember... reason and intuition does NOT equal evidence. The only thing you should require to believe something is evidence. Do you have evidence that this was created by a government? No, you don't... you just have ideas as to why it might have been. I can think of a load of reasons why my housemate would've wanted Michael Jackson dead - doesn't mean he killed him though.

Hmmm. They should have proof read it all before submitting it. a clear mistake in it at the start. It cant be an actual submitted legal document as there wouldnt be links on it, all evidence would have to be in print.

That looks like a long read... I've only managed a skim so far as I'm at work.

Two things bother me "Submitted: FBI OFFICER" - bit vague? And also... like you said, what is the actual source? The document isn't headed, there's no seals or logos... no "Secret" mark... at the moment, it's just paper that's been scanned - could've been written by anyone.

The length makes it a bit more interesting... someone's obviously spent a lot of time for some reason for another.

Edit: I read most of Section III as I thought it looked the most interesting. It's nearly all conjecture... not a lot of evidence... lots of ideas... would make a good plot to a movie.. they should've done a script, not a "report".

it is clearly a forgery dreamt up by a delusional ocd lunatic who is bent on distorting the minds of good citizens with paranoid psychobabble. anybody wasting time reading it would risk mind contamination and public stoning.

Yeah, it IS kind of shady, but some of it does make you wonder.

That sort of analysis (and a lot more) is carried out on anything medical that gets released to the public... you should be able to find a report like that for almost any medicine on the market, tbh.

If you have a new vaccine/drug then it has to go through clinical trials as long as it's not a purely "herbal" remedy (which aren't regulated apart from controlled substances)

I expect most medicines have their downsides. Vaccines especially - it's a difficult decision for someone to make whether to vaccinate a population against something... and even if they make the wrong decision (we can only decide that in several years with the benefit of 20/20 hindsight) that's still not evidence of any malice/conspiracy being involved...

Personally, I have no idea whether to vaccinate the population. I'm glad there are some medicine men up there thinking seriously about the consequences of both courses of action!
