What about going back to the jazz rap movement in the 90's, that was hardly explored enough, "freestyle fellowship - inner city griots"" ect. ect.

I agree with this, when I 1st listened to tracks like way of the dub - (caspa remix) i get this sonic hip hop feel, similar to the vibe that rockit - herbie hancock gives off. There is definately a similar feeling in both genres that runs deep.
I just mean with rap, it is hard to peice that flow together, some times its too fast and sounds messy, other times its sluggish. Im sure the more its attempted the better the technique will develope.
Not related to ur track "Chains" but when u'v got those seel out gansta rappers producing nothing but cheap raps focusing on objectivety (cars, bitches, money) thrown over a dubstep beat which is underground music, the two seem to clash in the very different vibes they give off.

Go away.
This hurts me both as a hip hop fan and dubstep fan.

He probably is talking to the OP.
And yeah, the poster who mentions bling rap and dubstep clashing, its true. Then again, some dubstep beats work really well with opulent lyrics and shouting, so its not a total loss.

Production is of a very high quality but i just can't see myself ever enjoying american vocals on Dubstep. It doesn't need anymore, it's fine the way it is and i think in many cases it actually turns out worse.
Much better than Snoop Dogg's version though.
