Reaper is nice for some things, its piano roll is total wank tho.

If R5 was what they released in R4, then maybe.
But tbh, it's too little too late lulz.
R5 is going to be big for those still using Reason no doubt, but why limit yourself to a system that lacks some of the standard features even eJay users take for granted?

i actually have to remind myself every two weeks or so to keep checking the reaper site for an update.
funny, my license is valid for a full version.
at the rate these mans are developing this program, they're going to have me dishing out another $60 by october!!!!

reason was the first DAW i used and i've only used 4... i've tried a few others but keep coming back to reason simply because i know it. seems to do everything i need it to...

logic and renoise myself. the sequencer+tracker combination is just the best of both worlds whenever you want it
but renoise is the real beast, every day i find something where i'm all: holy shit you can do that???
