What the hell man... why do people like Qawwali so much? I haven't read the entire thread, but its probably been mentioned loads of times...

I mean, its not the shittest thing ever, but every single Pinch tune i know is much better.

Just one of those hype tunes that goes off every time its played out. I agree he's made far better

Yeah, this is at least 6 x better than Qawwali.

These aren't even my favourite tracks but the simply monstrous nature of Night Vision and Hunted is unbelievable. Those two tunes are rampant.
err Babylon Fall Goth Trad goes hard.
The Cold in You by Phaeleh is unreal. Phil Collins Dub by Jake W is probably the best production I've heard on a track.

I'm the annoying guy who can't pick the best tune, cos so many are absolutely incredible and absolutely incomparable.

Anyway, worst track goes to the thousands of brand new producers' first attempts at writing music, who then, blinded by pride at having done something creative, send the track to various labels and plaster the tracks to various forums, asking for constructive criticism, but hoping for blind, mindless praise and wonga.

Worst- Well, there's a ton of bad "dubstep" out there that's equally bad. Didn't see that Mt Eden Burial remix before, holy christ it sounds like they're not even trying.

this reminds me that there is actually a great remix of archangel out there! it damn nice and does great justice to the original.. how can i find out what it was? only heard it a couple of times when we were playing records with a friend couple of years ago

I know this will probably get some people frothing at the mouth but I prefer it as Brighter Day when it has Juakali over the top. Fav Pinch tune is probably still Nightmare Part 1 but I don't think most people would think it was anything special. I'm just a sucker for that tribal 2-step and the snare is one of the best I've heard. Still a dubplate though so best released one is Punisher or War Dub I reckon.

Sonika is right though. Doctor P really is in a league of his own of shit. Tetris is worse than Sweet Shop or Big Boss though. Absolute abortion of a track.

Not sure if this is the Burial remix you were looking for, but it is definitely my favorite.

To be fair, it's basically a parody of horrible dubstep made before dubstep had achieved that level of horribleness.
