Kept drawing from his bags forever and spmc was like ok last one next up, 3 tunes later ok last one next up rinse repeat...

Just got in. Yunx's set was killer. After much debate with myself I decided to go into the middle and bun up. Literally sparked it to the beginning of request line. Then another to rottan vip. Bouncers were bait as fuck tonight. Kode9s set was the best for me and oneman brought life to my group and kept us there another hour.

i peaked when youngsta was playing skream's I....kode9 battered my feet....and i wish i would've stayed until the end of N-type's set had i known the underground wouldn't open until 7 anyway.... at waiting around in liverpool street when i could've kept on listening to music

KODE 9! wtf, that guy was amazing!!!!! such a good night, good crowd, solid tunes being thrown down left right and centre. baaaaahhhh! crazy.

I saw 3 people getting pulled out in an hour for sparking up in the garden all by tht bitch tht works for cafe 1001. But easily my best night of the year so far for me,roll on outlook.

That was funny man. Throughly enjoyed N-Type's set. It's nice to hear some tune's you ain't heard in a while.....which pretty much goes for most of the night.

I was sayin to someone that a lot of Dubstep nights in the past few years have lost some of the vibes - too many half-hearted ravers come to see what this newfangled sound is about and either aren't feeling it or just don't get it. Not last night! Last night had some of the sickest vibes of any night i've been to in a good long while. You could see that everyone knew their stuff and were just as excited as I was to hear the tunes they love, played by the DJ's they revere on a weighty system. BIG!
Slimzee absolutely smashed it. Yunx, well, it's Yunx, he always smashes it and last night was no exception. Skream was also a highlight for me, was great to hear the kind of set from him that you might not be hearing until FWD's 15th!

last night was some serious vibes. great atmosphere. slimzee and yunx topped it for me, slimzee kept on looking at his phone though and looking like he didn't want to be there. although he kept on getting requests on phones. Was at the front for a bit and saw a lot of people do this, to just receive a straight up look of disapproval. In Youngstas set people were shaking the bar around the decks so hard the vinyl skipped and just heard him say "fucking cuntts" and then just pulled through with that request line mashup thing.


What is it with drunk girls and youngstas sets aswell? some girl next to me started leaning over and trying to play with the mixer

like MikeE said when pokes was talking about fwd whilst youngsta was playing, it did feel like a religious ting with a preacher screaming at you..kode9 had me in a trance like a snake charmer...skream absolutely beasted, rotten and the sheer weight from tortured killed it...i was laughing with one of the girls behind the bar becos she looked completely uninterested with everything and as soon as the weight dropped from tortured she nearly dropped the drink she was serving me....serious good vibes, altho i wasn't all too impressed with some half of the crowd not knowing any of the grime slimzee was playing...morgue..woooooooooooooi i looked like a lunatic being the only one around me bouncing up and down to it...and n-type woke me up at 6am with goblin....(i was waiting for him to play it too cos i knew he wouldn't be able to resist it)



topped DMZ 6 for me, best night i've been to in a couple years...out to the FWD family, all the DJ's that played and MC's that spat and all the people that reached...

Yunx went in.

Slim dropped some bangers, Bump Dis had me sprinting back from the smoking area, Kode 9 drew for some sick riddim that brought out the energy... Alicia!!!!
Yunx, my days! Serious weight blending, Goat Stare set the pace, hearing Woman was bliss. Skream smasherood it... 2006 was indeed a great year for music.
