Chilead wasnt in San Fierro? You had missions around the bottom of it when you were in the mountainous area way before you got anywhere near unlocking the bridges and tunnels to get to San Fierro.

Fairly sure San Fierro is unlocked from the start...it's just the North island that was locked.
yeh you could enter the surrounding hills but any bridge or tunnel that lead you into the city of San Fierro was blocked.

Has this been posted yet?

Developed by series creator Rockstar North, Grand Theft Auto V heads to the city of Los Santos and surrounding hills, countryside and beaches in the largest and most ambitious game Rockstar has yet created.

tbf they havent exactly ruled out the fact that they could still include other cities and/or have them as dlc.

also i swear when SA came out the first statement was along the same lines?

"CJ finds himself leaving LC to go to "Los Santos" after hearing about the death of..." etc etc

they never mentioned anything else untill the 2nd trailer came out...i highly doubt its gona be the case this time around its just wishfull thinking really... but its all good, game looks major

It's a GTA game, that should be reason enough tbh

Hell yes. I just reinstalled it in anticipation and it's even better than I remember. Really in depth game with interesting story lines.

Thinking about it, imagine the media shit storm that would ensue if dogs were in the final game?
Yeah, that's why they said they have never put children or animals in the game. I think it's stupid, they already get media backlashes anyway. I could understand back in the GTA3 days them being careful, but the envelope has been pushed by other devs way further than that by now. Just put them in IMO, but have big punishments for murdering kids or something. Like you lose respect instantly and pedestrians try to go vigilante on you or something.

It was lame as hell in Fallout 3 where you couldn't kill the kids in Little Lamplight. Took away a bit from the realism of it all. Those kids were using more swear words than the adults in that game, so that just made it seem even dumber. There was a mod though that made them killable.

I'd say so, yeah. In a lot of ways I like Vice City more, but for me at least, the multiple cities in San Andreas really made it worth it. Just fucking about in the countryside and aimlessly driving outside of cities were some of my favorite parts of the game.

It's probably cheapest on Steam since it's a digital download. Or ebay too, but I'd go Steam.

I see the boxed package version of GTA3/Vice City/San Andreas for 9.99 sometimes. Might want to keep a lookout for this again or something similar, it was 12.99 US last week: http://www.gamersgate.com/DDB-GTACC/gra ... age-bundle

think i said this once before but they should(ve) done a ps3 HD remasters pack for San Andreas/Vice City bundled (like they did with god of war I/II and other dual titles)

would keep me busy from now until this is released probably..

I like how they have to tell us that speedophile 2000 rhymes with paedophile 2000. Thanks guise.

"This truck, for Up-N-Atom Burger, is a joke reference to legendary California burger chain In-N-Out Burger."

:? Bit of a stretch there. You would think someone named Kotaku would be able to dig a bit deeper into nerdom.
