Apparently He graduated at the top of his class at the University of Riverside, Califorinia and was a canditate for a PHD at the University of Colorado in Neuroscience.

Arraignment I suppose. surprised they haven't made him cut it, but I assume they will before any trials.
It seems his lawyer is going for insanity plea of course, which is probably his only shot at not facing the death penalty, but I think there's no way in hell the insanity plea will work seeing as how it was obviously cold and calculated. The biggest detriment to that plea is probably when he rigged his house. That takes weeks of planning and setting up. Insanity cases tend to be spur of the moment and 'crimes of passion' type stuff.
