Clive Barker's Undying just came out on GOG, guess I know which incredibly awesome horror game I'll be rebuying and replaying later today.

also picked up Cart Life on Steam even though I've played it before, great game, but a bit depressing.

went an beat it after this post.. last boss battle was pretty much one long extended quick time event, especially having just completed the 'trial of archemedes' which took me about 2 hrs on hard, apparently they plan to patch that though. overall my favourite in the series for fluidity in combat, but it's hardly the 'swan song' that II was for its respective console..

you can open a new game and make it private, its still technically online, but you are not playing with anyone else. if that option wasnt there i woulda tossed it out the window.

It's also a subpar game compared to 4.
The whole always online, "server side computations" is also bullshit and can be removed be editing out 2 lines of code.
Seriously boycott EA, I was happy as hell to see their CEO "retire" yesterday http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/1887 ... vision.php

Some of the quality devs that fell under the EA knife (stupid image size limit) http://i.imgur.com/H3bsiok.png

So the new version of Monster Hunter on Wii U looks shittier than Monster Hunter Tri emulated...
oh and DLC!
Maybe Pikmin 3 will make Wii U stop being such a shit system.

So I've recently come to the conclusion that I've rinsed Pro2010 as much as I possibly can. When you get to the point of scoring over head kicks with Heskey, you realize that over achievement can be really boring.

So I've got FIFA 13.

Few things;

*why are my back 4 always mulling around the halfway line? I'm getting more balls running through me than an Asian in a German porno
* how do I successfully use the trigger player run button? I'm developing blisters with the frequency I'm tapping LB, but instead of running ahead my team mates are fucking statues.
* how does every opposing player have scintillating pace while my eleven cant run for shit? Even with guys like 90 speed, I'm being done with every chase.

Does anyone play this here? I'd be happy of someone could add me online and teach me the way.

Don't bother worrying about why bullshit constantly happens in fifa 13. There's loads of handicap and scripting implemented in online modes (well, in UT anyway) that basically take each and every match out of your hands. The results could be predetermined as far the game plays.
You actually get infracted and banned for going on about scripting/handicap/momentum on teh FIFA forums, there are that many people who complain about it. But it is so obviously apparent when one game your defenders stick to your opponents like glue and intercept every pass then the next game they stand around like a bunch of fucking stoner retards who have never played a days footy in their life.

*to answer your question - your back 4 mull about hte halfway line because most poeple play ultra defensive and use either a 352 or 5 at the back formation. This is because every single person who plays this game is a massive tnuc.
*dunno why you are having problems here, you probably just need more practice.
*handicap makes your players go from living gods one game to zombies the next. Don't worry about it too much. When it becomes obvious that the game is decided for you, you are best off just going to make a cup of tea and not even playing.
