lol.. at The Bug show last week they had a bit with Flowdan saying Louder over and over again and I thought he was calling for the volume to go up.. turns out its actually a tune that appeared while I was away.

since stopping smoking weed 5 weeks ago my sciatic back pain has gone sky high, almost crippling every day.
