any info on this? found this clip too:Silkie - Boogs Noogs (Forthcoming on ‘Lost Tapes’ Vol 1 on Deep medi)
Silkie – Preacher’s Pain (Forthcoming on ‘Lost Tapes’ Vol 1 on Deep medi)
Featured on 'The Lost Tapes', a collection of unreleased Silkie tracks, forthcoming on DEEP MEDi.
pretty sure that's not the case. would be the first release not getting a vinyl pressing.Muncey wrote:I assume this will just be a digital only collection of unreleased tunes.
True, sounds like its just a way to get a load of unreleased tunes out though. Like a collection of songs that have no real plans for a proper release. Thats what 'Lost Tapes' says to me.. hopefully I've completely misinterpreted it though.baddis98 wrote:pretty sure that's not the case. would be the first release not getting a vinyl pressing.Muncey wrote:I assume this will just be a digital only collection of unreleased tunes.

I hope it includes tunes more like 'Mischief' instead of just grime bangers with some funk. I'd much rather an album from him thats listening music rather than tunes I'd mix, but thats how I prefer albums in general.
didn't really expect this.Tracklist

02. Forest Funk
03. Ignition Ft. Nadia Suliman & Footsie
04. Kick It Ft. The Milk
05. Pledge Allegiance
06. Phone Me
07. Running Cold Ft. Terri Walker
08. Start Me Up
09. Keep Me Warm
10. Last Minute Boogie

Deep Medi Musik will release Long Live The Jazz on June 16th, 2013.
This question gets asked EVERY album release. It'll be on the CD but the vinyl release won't include Forest Funk or Do The Jazz.. might not include more as well if they decide to release a sampler.DiegoSapiens wrote:what? san frank? and why is he releasing again forest funk and do the jazz

Mind you, I seem to remember Benny Ill saying that these were actually DAT tapes that they actually lost down the back of a filing cabinet.
Speaking of Benny, are him and Mala ever gonna finish this bludclart tune? Wanna hear it so much!
