This woman is quite obviously unqualified for the job, regardless of race. Does the woman deserve a shot at an interview (unlike in the apartheid era)? Yes for sure. Does that mean she deserves immunity on the job for being black african? Hell no. Affirmative action should only be there to give peoples a shot who have been kept down by previous races/regimes/etc. It should be there to help educate people like this woman so they can get good paying jobs, not just throwing them into any job. It would be like throwing you on a welding site, and telling some dude to teach you everything he knows because fuck you thats why.
