Probably because people had the temerity to disagree with a mod's pandering views in a civil manner. Nothing in there needed to be DELETED.

That entire thread was nothing but good, informed discussion.
I only noticed a bit of shit from one or 2 members.

he was pissed because
a) wub made the thread
b) people were calling him out (including pete) saying there was civil discussion
c) 'we wouldn't believe the messages he gets' about this that and the next thing - it wasn't even specifically about the thread
d) his life probably sucks and wants to take it out on everyone here

i don't even think bela had anything to do with it, since he said for her to pm if there were issues
