Also doing Plan B on Friday for Liquid Drumz (DnB), and Camden Lockside Lounge on Saturday for Ruffneck (140bpm jungle shenanigans)

amazing night. Recorded Slugabed Dj-Set. I usually hate hip hop, but he played some really awesome beatz (not too much) but the selected tunes blown me away. Will relisten to it later again.

Thundercat's set was ridiculous...like absolutely insane ridiculous. Felt like I was tripping for the duration, amazing stuff

no idea, it's just one of the weekly sessions where we teach newbies how to mix so there's not a massive story in it...

Alright, my granddad just made my month. What a hero.
He came over this morning and look what he brought me:







Pretty much all of his old records and singles from the 70's and 80's plus a few cassette tapes. There's about 80 12" records and 40 7" singles.
The variety of it all is amazing as well. It varies from old recordings of Mozart concerts to James Bond movie themes

Not expecting it all to be my cup of tea, but I bet that I could get some great samples out of this.
Going to take me a serious while to get through it all.
