Yeah but it only works when I blend it, almond butter is quite solid, I usually chuck in a spoon full of milled flax seed too, it keeps me feeling full for ages.
I'm eating loads of the stuff, trying to eat less carbs and more fats, and butters and cheese are the best way to do it I think.

ok i haven't done the bars yet, but i have been mixing a portion of plain yoghurt/Greek yoghurt with a scoop of protein powder and it's fucking delicious, low cal goodness, the yoghurt helps combat bad farts too FYI, good breakfast, not sure if i already posted this on this forum, been doing loads of memory sucking xanax lately, also got this Arnold Iron Dream stuff, bumped up the amino acids and protein intake and started taking creatine and noticing pretty big effects in a short period of time, not sure what i'm doing that is working so well but i'm constantly adding weights to things that i was stuck on before, still thinking of doing a test cycle soon, though, maybe in a month.
what do you guys eat that fills you up and isn't just carbs or calorie dense? i'm always hungry

It's the creatine! Creatine is one hell of a supplement. You really start noticing the effects really soon.
Increased strength and endurance is one of them.
The other ones help your muscles rehab faster.
Regarding the stero cycles (i think you were talking about them). I really don't recommend them.
For how long have you been going to the gym? Do you have a really good diet for sports?
Considering that you are still increasing weights and probably you can still see results on your body, steros are definitely a no go.
If you really want to take them, these should be started only if you are on a more than 4-6 months of stagnation. But if you do take them, you will have to be more strict with diet, training, sleep than ever. Otherwise your just messing with your body for nothing.
