Not actually a tune by Spencer, Ben is referring to Spencer playing this tune in his Deep In The Flowers Mix from 96. Ben says it changed the way he mixed house in this article here:

Hi, I`m searching for the name of a tune by afterdark/ itchy robot in which they are using the ms dynamite vocals of "watch over them" by evol intent. I forgot the title and now i cannot find it back. Would be great if somebody could tell me!!

Cant see this working...but recently saw Joy O at Lakota in Bristol and his opening track was this one percussive one that every 32 bars there was this kind of lazy bassline that just went (sorry best I can do) wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwWOB...and in the breakdown there was some off beat soul sample I think. It was fucking sick anyway
Any ideas?
