Security and Cold Weather have been out for a month mate

Will is a top lad tho and his mixing skills are very tight. He's been djing way longer than producing. Think he played the Jubilee Gash rave in Manchester yesterday? Seen some pics it looked pretty off the hook to be quite honest.

Shifted down to some 130 stuff recently. Remixed Insomnia by Faithless which you can listen to here:

Does anyone know if any online shop happens to have Dem A Talk in stock? Discog prices are silly.

all sold out by the 5th day after release date.

although, when he reaches like 2000 twitter followers and or 5000 facebook likes, he is going too sell the original 10" of it.. but discogs would probably be cheaper.

he said from even before the release there wouldn't be a repress, mine is a bit warped, but that's life :W:

yeah it sold out insanely fast, I'm not willing to drop $40 for the one tune :(

The original 10" is a dubplate and they don't last as long as vinyl i don't think.. it'll be battered and just a piece of dubstep history more than anything. Don't buy that intending to play it out.

That's disappointing :( , i dont play out though - just home listening. If i played out it would be more of an investment but alas, there is always a rip out there somewhere

is it even available on digital? they have the full version on youtube, and it sounds like it was ripped directly from the vinyl

Nope its not digital. Dem a talk is one of the first tunes i got on vinyl, before i got turntables. Knew i'd want to own it if i ever got turntables and didn't wanna pay the stupidly inflated prices on discogs!

I'm sure it sold out within about 2 hours as well lol.

Seems to be a bit of talk of Compa getting a Deep Medi release in the "Forthcoming Deep Medi's" thread. Any truth in this? If so anyone got any ideas as to which tunes?! Could imagine that being his most proud moment. I know he's got a lot of love for that label!

The full 500 that were pressed sold out in 4-5 days.
The first 150 sold out on Surus, Where they appeared first, In just under an hour (A new Surus record - No pun intended).

The other 350 where gone by Friday worldwide. Every shop we spoke to said they didn't even get the amount they wanted to order.

Should have done 800. We only wanted to do 300, but we where persuaded to risk 500, We where glad of the persuasion come Friday.

WXWL002 will be Reamz - Fear (Compa Remix). Limited single-sided 12".

Forthcoming 2013.

Peace.

As they just said ^^^ They have done the Compa refix of Dem A Talk and by the sounds of things Reamz's Compa Refix of FEAR will be released in 2013 which to me seems a long long way away right now.

The Dem A Talk remix was done so quickly, literally within 12 hours. I remember him telling me he started on it that night and it was done by 11am the next morning.

Its mad that a few hours work is worth as much as it is on Discogs now!
