IMO it's mainly due to the fact that the users haven't been around in Grime's heyday so all this stuff sounds fresh to them. (Kahn's 'Percy' is a 5* example of when this happens)

+ I have no qualms with people over-hyping stuff on here but when peer's wanna pass it off as part of the continuum . The 'nuum cycle doesn't involve simply lowering tempos and you're not aiding the original sounds that you're baitly ripping off (Grime and Dubstep are already in a sad state of affairs ffs, don't chat shit about this is how we roll, etc).
I've written lectures in the Dusk and Blackdown thread on this btw and I've been shot down by many (their peers). These man can't hold me back though, I'm like Maggy Thatcher in this sh*t. Whilst my posts and trolling infuriate certain people, you can't deny that there's a sense of realism in everything I say on here.

Leave it out, that tune got endless pages of hype from people on here. But like I said init, a beat could be substandard but users (peers) on here could make someone think otherwise.

yeah not really that hurt to be honest. just amazed that some people treat youtube like its the cancer killing dubstep. its helped the scene a lot more than it's hurt it. but now we're off topic so ill just leave it at that.
