contact BPI, PPL & MPCS - make sure the recordings are registered to the right people and that, then they've got no leg to stand on!

Ummmmm.... wow. Crazy shit.

This guy's bio on the Foul Play website is epic, rivaling the Lord of the Rings trilogy in scope.

You would think a hip-hop/"tablist"/d&b/dubstep DJ, and don't forget freestyle MC also of his immense "level of skill" would obviously be a household name, but to be honest this is the first I've ever heard of him.

In his bio he says: "After years of competing at high level battles and rocking huge crowds all over the USA, Europe and the Middle East, his sets are not to be missed!" Has anybody out there ever seen this guy's name on a flyer in your city?

Also, I've been collecting jungle and d&b records since 1993 and I don't think I have a single piece of Foul Play Records vinyl. I can kinda picture in my head a plastic divider in a record bin somewhere that had the words FOUL PLAY written on it in Sharpie, but I think that was the Foul Play of the early Moving Shadow years circa '93/'94.

I don't know DSF, something about this dude just bugs me. The ego, the name dropping. I don't know what he's really like as a person, but I think we've all known somebody that presents themselves in this manner. Remember, "he's worked for scratch academy, BET and various other major corporations which PROVE his dedication to staying on top of his BUSINESS DEMEANOR"

And another thing, the artwork on that release was lame, totally weak sauce. At least throw a cheesey computer 3D graphic of a chrome sphere up on that or something, come on...

Well at least I'd like to thank the guys who posted their tracks up here for free anyways, I ain't too proud to grab a free dub, from the source of course. Hell, I'd even send you $5 US for an ill beat(or whatever that converts to in pounds), I'd rather support the artist direct instead of giving my $$$ to some wanker that would pull some shit like this. I'd pay some producers in ADVANCE for tracks a little ahead of schedule. That's not a bad idea eh... Lets see, if you put out 10 tracks in 2009 I'd send you $50 bucks. 20 tracks= $100 upfront, who's down? : ) hahaha JK but I'm totally serious...

Actions speak louder than words, and I don't think a professional would have allowed something like this to happen. Sorry to all the bruvs involved, it must be a headache.
