Personally, I've never bothered with BCAAs for that reason. The only advantage is that it is absorbed a lot quicker and you look kewl drinking coloured water at the gym

Solid DL btw. three plates ftw

im almost out of protein powder, im not gonna buy anymore and will try a month on just BCAAs twice a day and maybe a few amino pills, but that might be overkill, will report back if my recovery time goes to shit but i think it'll be enough.

jesus, i need to do something about these farts, probiotic yoghurt drinks helped for a bit but i'm constantly leaking toxic fumes at the moment

ive also decided to stick with the protein and the BCAAs at the same time, been pushing myself a lot lately and the worst that can happen is i piss/shit out the excess protein, yeah? it's not like im taking dangerous amounts. chest day tomorrow :h:

I fucking hate doing legs. I can't squat due to bad lean forward because of the length of my legs. I've started to front squat but my technique/grip feels unnatural and awkward. My hips even rotate on the leg press. The only thing I look forward to on leg day is doing core work and calf raises. I might start doing sumos and then keep my dl for back day.

yeah i was unable to do squats for a long time because of a flexibility issue, now i'm able to do sumos and have been doing them and dls every day, i'd do bench every other day if my chest didn't take so long to recover

I used to do chest all the time and had awesome strength gains but I didn't see decent volume until I started doing chest once a week. I also removed flat press altogether and I now only do incline/decline and concentrate more on squeezing exercises.

don't know how you have the energy to DL everyday. I'd be far too rooted before starting my other compounds

I might do squats/dl on week days and rest them on the weekends, every day might be a bit much, but it seems to be ok so far, and i'm not going heavy, trying to do 5x10 with good form. i just fucking love dead lift, i might try that thing where you do it on a bench or something with a much lighter weight so the bar goes lower than ground level, could do with a good stretching, i always see people doing it.

I'm also of the powerlift every day camp. The deadlift standing on a step thing feels a bit awkward to me.

Another good whole-body exercise is the hang-clean and push-press. The push-press really helps your frame from the front.

My exercise these days is jujitsu.

I was on a program that had squats every session (with jump squats too), mashed me up after a while, I think it's too blame for my piriformis syndrome :,( Foam rollin' eryday now.

I don't think I could take squats every session unless I used less weight

Yeah, it weren't max weight, it was only 80kg, but 4 sets of 12-20 reps.
