Only ever got to about 13/14 max. Was low yeah. This was months back now though, had to lay off the squats for ages before starting them up again.

This was his opener and the first of the 3 lifts. The weight was 280kg (roughly 617lbs). The snapping noise you hear is both his quadriceps tearing off the bone.

the other day I saw some noob locking out on the leg press and he was bouncing the weight at the top. I cringed so hard. I really should have stopped him.

I'll occasionally suggest that people should move their foot a bit higher up the plate so the knee doesn't hang over it at the bottom of the ROM but thats more so they don't smash their joints.
If someone wants to ego lift and damage themselves, that's their business,
