Well actually you could fly from the east coast of usa to England and go to System for what its costing me to go to Dimensions so I mean its not that cheap but fair point.

all i saw was people saying that NYE hype was shit and you don't need to go and do some huge thing with your mates, you can just do what you wanna do (e.g. go to a gig you wanna go to by yourself). then i saw nevalo get his whine on. idk if you get how language works or what but you can moan by stating facts you know

Trying not to be pedantic but skyscanner tells me its £750 to fly to london from calgary not 5k

Im spending that much roughly on Dimensions.
Obviously producers based in the uk are going to play in the uk and its going to be cheap to see them in the uk! We should get mad they bugger off to the southern hemisphere for the warm weather around NYE time

I think NYE is a big deal but my point was do what you want to do, if thats the best gig you'll get then go, fuck the other guy. There must be some other guys off here going so link up with them!

The even shitter thing is I can't go back to sleep once I'm up, and the only reason I get up at 6am is because I stay at my g/f's house and she get's up silly early. I don't even have work until 11am. Might have to hit the gym around 9ish...

Ah mate her schedule is off the rails. She manages a mental health company so she has to be in the office at 7am and then starts her 'proper' work at 9am. Not for me thanks - I'll stick to my 11am starts
