I always trained solo until recently and having a partner has been very beneficial, he's stronger than me and it pisses me off, benched 100KG 4 times today, wanna be able to do 3 sets of 10 this year, dunno how realistic that is, lets see.

Not really, just a power clean press variation

Other than hurting my wrists the first try as I hooked the bar wrong on the way up, fine. Gym has moved a street down so got more floor space for barbell work which helps.

I love ON stuff, been using their BCAAs, Whey, Glutamine and Casein, I just got a massive tub of cookies and cream Casein and it doesn't shake in properly unless I use a blender which is annoying, the vanilla flavour mixes in just fine.

are you making good gains?

I'm having a real shit battle with my diet atm and need to get back into some cardio to reduce BF. My lifts are strong though. I'm slowly getting back to my max weight.

do you guys find muscular women attractive?

Bodybuilder type muscular? Cause usually that much looks kinda weird.

Also gonna start going gym 3 days a week instead of 2 now that sixth form is finished, thinking to try:
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back/Arm
Day 3: Leg
And that'd be the basic structure

kinda in between.

you should break up your triceps/biceps, otherwise that's a lot of chest work. I do push (chest/tris) vs pull (back/bis).

Day 1: Chest/Triceps
Day 2: Back/Biceps
Day 3: Leg/Shoulders (if you can, that'll be a big day lol)

I'm making loads of gains, putting on a bit of fat though, nothing bad but i'm eating non stop so it's expected.

That girl is a bit too muscular for my liking but is still fucking hot. My gym is full of hotties, few of the more muscular ones, like in that pick can lateral deltoid raise more than me and not look like they are struggling, my delts aren't tiny either.

I thought about deciding on doing push exercises some days then pull exercises but WHAT THE FUCK IS DEADLIFT, i thought pull.... surely it's pull, anyway, i do DL on back and sometimes leg day so all good

i'm about to go for a 6AM session befor work, shoulders and fore arms, then straight back after work, gonna be a tough day, possibly legs + deadlift later on

my shoulder press is awful, i wish i had started it sooner, i can do 3x10 with 40 kilos.... partly coz of balance though

looking solid btw bro. nice and thick through the lats.

I try to limit my shoulder exercises because of nerve issues but I do standing military press (5x5) followed by an arnold press (3x10) - last set to failure.

I'm thinking about joining the army as an accountant next year, so I've gotta get my cardio up to 7.5 on a beep test/shuttle run.

Try a push-press for shoulders. I find it helps with your silhouette from the front.

I like a bit of muscle tone.

yeah standing military press is fun, deltoid killa. dunno if my feet should be shoulder width apart or have one in front of the other, i tend to try and keep them shoulder width so I don't favour a side, I also don't see the point in having your hands facing different directions when dead lifting tbh, everyone seems to do it.

I do it to stop the bar rolling out of my grip. I think it also reduces the risk of a bicep tear. Fuck that.

I use straps for my max weight and re-adjust to an overhand grip.

I refuse to use straps, I can do 100 or maybe a bit more with just chalk so I don't lift any heavier than that, wanna get those big forearms! I might invest in some eventually, but I don't feel strong enough to get them yet, what else would they be used for? apart from deadlift?
