yea i was thinking about buying a console just for exclusives, just cos their exclusive doesnt make them any less good
plus ps3s and 360s are about as cheap as new shoes nowadays

I was waiting to buy a PS3 for The Last Guardian but that has been in development for ages now

after Shadow of the Colossus and ICO they can do no wrong, but think if this comes out will be their last game since the key people left the company and are on contract to finish it

Does it? I thought the combat and general stealth mechanics looked a HUGE improvement over Uncharted bullet sponge kill rooms.

Only drugs are cheap in SA.
If I was going to spend any money on hardware it would be for my pc.
As it is I have no graphic limitatins.
I'd be hard pressed to buy a consol fo a couple games I'll probably finish too quickly anyway.

See I never bought a console this (or is it last nice E3 is near?), were exclusives worth it?
Some on PS3 seemed appealing, but I can never justify buying a console just for a couple games that interest me unless they seem really great with cost of consoles now.

Heavy Rain and Dark Souls were good ps3 exclusives but I can't think of a whole lot of others percies.

Gran turismo I guess if you like racing but I think Forza games are better anyway..

Dark souls isn't an exclusive.

Demon Souls
that and Dragon's Dogma have me wanting a PS3 for the action rpg style that the PC seems to be currently lacking besides Dark Souls and the awesome but old Blades of Darkness.

Yeah it is, for a few other exclusives too. I didn't buy one at launch, or even 2 years after. Now that the little PS3 Super Slim is out a lot of people want to 'upgrade' (downgrade) to it because it's smaller and sleaker so they are selling their older models (also to save up for ps4). I've used the super slim, it's flimsy and weird. There's also some physical issues, and slot load will always be better than a door haha.

But seriously you can find them in pawn shops crazy cheap. Some pawn shops aren't smart about it and they will even sell you a first gen model for dirt cheap because it's 'old', not realising people on ebay will pay top dollar to have the backwards compatibility. That's what I ended up doing.
