yeah you have to make it as hard as possible for the buyer to understand what distinguishes it from a standard ns release.

The releases sounds like they are trying to be something else, production always comes across as samplepack. The visual styling of the label are taking from others and it just comes across as all cliché. There just seems no depth to anything they put out. Obviously my opinion.

my opinion is that your opinion is a series of ridiculous statements

all of the visual styling, from the logo and all the release artwork, to the typography and the website is all pretty spot on tbh and verry recognisable as night slugs. the brand works well.


and tune wise i think most of the stuff they put out is pretty forwardthinking and unique.
although saying that, some of the stuff has been getting a bit samey. some1 i know said something along the lines of: "what were those CC rules again? no long reverbs, no vocals and everyone has to bite jam city as much as possible".
i have no gripes tho, i like jam city and night slugs.
