Fucking bureaucratic, paperwork-obsessed, box-ticking, loudmouth, wideboy twat of a boss who's not even my real fucking boss. My real boss is away so I'm doing two people's jobs for the next couple of days... we've got an emergency change to make so that a team of 20 people can actually do any work for the next two days and the twat won't sign it off until I've explained the entire thing from first principles... he's supposed to be a fucking techie but apparently a couple of lines saying one XML file needs to be replaced by a new XML file isn't "in english". I think I might have to actually start from Adam and fucking Eve on this one.
