I've replaced my morning coffee with Amino Energy, just going to the gym in the evening will probs make things easier. I really wanna try it, seen some of my mates get good results from it.

You can take stuff like glutamine and 'zero calorie' powders like that, BCAAs, etc whilst fasting, yeah?

yeah ive thought about trying one of the diy soylents like people chow, only costs $3-5 a day as opposed to $10 a day for the real thing

my appetite is pretty weird too, most of the time i only eat one proper meal and spend the rest of the day eating random junk sporadically, probably just better off replacing the snacking with soylent

what supplements do yall take? i have ON whey in the office and vanilla whey at home, vanilla casein for night time, Amino Energy in the office to take instead of coffee, BSN amino acids for before/during gym, glutamine to put in my post workout shake and Arnold's Iron Dream, it seems like a lot when I type it all out. oh and Super Pump pre work out

Just whey and occasionally a couple of cycles of creatine. Don't really buy into supplements, especially pre-workouts. Train hard + proper diet >

Not that I'm saying they don't work, it's just a lot of $$$

Yeah out of those things I think pre work out is the least necessary, glutamine and BCAAs are good for recovery, I recommend. The Iron Dream stuff is nice too, probably mostly placebo but I get a good nights sleep when taking it, not had bad DOMS for ages and been training hard
