Dawson Viegas feat. Anthony Poteat - Never Give Up
"Never Give Up" falls more on the electronic side, with intertwining synth lines and drum patterns swaying gently around each other, nicely done by Anthony Poteat and Dawson Viegas!
"Alexandros Djkevingr & Ian Tosel" remix transforming the original into something dusty and funkily robotic. Despite its luxurious unfolding into a warm, deep house track and vocal sample detracts from the gorgeously uplifting string loop and synth melody. "h@k" remix jangling chimes scattered on top and the percusion so summery that its sparse ending, a lonely drum hit, comes as something of a surprise.
A gloomy bassline and percussion provide a minimal and unobtrusive framework for "Fabio T." remix to flourish in true smoky basement club style.

Kaiser Gayser - DJ
Kaiser Gayser delivered in "DJ" EP an progressive grooves, which sound like he've been constructed on the fly, from a basic hardware toolkit. He pairs the offbeat drum hits with a purring synth line and pads that crescendo into a skewed groove, while on the title track he couples an earworming synth line with a warm dubby bassline.
"Kaiser's Original" surface is peppered with little accents of noise, but its repeated elements are hypnotic. "Kaiser's Digifax Mix" maintains a nervous intensity throughout, with a propeller-like beat and a sustained chime that retreats and reemerges before erupting into a noisy cacophony..

# Neotron, multiple influences artist, create his own musical identity with an hybrid sound combining the power of Dubstep and Ragga electro in a grinded and progrssive way.
Early influenced by the underground electronic scene, he grows himself his beatmaker reputation with brutal and corrosive sounds in collaboration with artists such as Lord Bitum, Lionel Achenza (Raspiigaou), Mr Samy (Music Machine), Shabaaz… Alouette Street records presents this new EP ‘Boom Basstard’ which sticks to the artist reputation : heavy hypnotic sounds, and dfinitivey Bass music !
This is my debut album, and something I've been working on for quite a while. Stylistically, it's a bit all over the place, but that's the way it should be, no? It is name-your-price for your convenience, though I will steal your e-mail and spam it relentlessly with irrelevant information if you decide to pay nothing. Be prepared - I'm gathering an array of cat images I will convert to .bmp and .pdf and attach to the emails. You have been warned.

House Invaders - Deeper Side
House Invaders produced music that might be most chaotic yet, a mutation of footwork spliced with tech sounds. The two remixes on Deeper Side are apparently the outcome of studio jams, and they certainly sound spontaneous.
Though off-kilter kicks makes it feel as though the track is charging forward in a frenzied, the tempo of Manni remix is closer to deep house than tech. It gets even more intense in the second half, as the beats threaten to slip off the grid. Fabio T. is much faster, with garbled rack bass line samples and an onslaught of percussion. It doesn't head towards a climax or breakdown, but sustains a wild-eyed peak for its duration.
The first official Phutureprimitive music video: "Lucid Dream" - inspired by a psychedelic experience, crowdfunded on Kickstarter, and produced by an amazing crew - features 3D projection mapping, animation & vfx by the team behind NBC's "Grimm." Like it, share it, spread the love!

Vivera Van Dogh - Felling Good
Vivera Van Dogh mind goes down like battery acid, wordless syllables stretch and pull like chewing gum over the strobe-light bassline, and it goes through two festival-ready white noise breakdowns, coming back just a little more frantic each time. Loud and obnoxious, there's nothing tasteful about it but, as titles like "Felling Good" have shown, Vivera Van Dogh has never been about restraint.
First remix come from Zan Prevee, who scurrying hats, varying synth digressions and more loops from the whispered vocal makes for a subtle and interesting rework, but it never excites quite as much as the original. Kaiser Gayser's Magneticum Impulsum Curatio, is a lower-key proposition than the vivid, multi-directional original, with a fragment of motif looped and repurposed as a surrogate hi-hat intro.
As one of the promising and uprising Bass Music producer from Indonesia ,JVN a.k.a Jevin Julian has proven his position as one to look out for.
After his success on releasing tunes off Dim Mak Records & Play Me Records, now through Invert Recordings, he is showing the experimental side of his music aptitude, which supported by Invert Rec's own DTX , as well as Mardial & CVX which are also ones to look out for in 2014.

The Colonel ft Dee Dorato - Bassline Revolution EP

Easy forummers!
Just wanted to tell you about my new EP:
THE COLONEL
BASSLINE REVOLUTION EP
...three very different bassy bangers, the vocal talents of soulful Sheffield singer Dee Dorato, and I get to drive a tank. Win!
Here's what the label, Tipping Point Music, says about it:
As usual there is enough bass to fill any room, bin, chest or face, an array of steppin’ beats aimed squarely at the dancefloor, and plenty of layers of musical quirkiness to keep your ears happy.
There's the two-steppy vibe of “Bassline Revolution”, the junglistic leanings of “Lighter Crew”, topped off by the jazz-drenched, more laid-back pace of “We Can Rock”… but don’t be fooled; this one’s a bumpy, growling monster too. The Colonel wouldn’t have it any other way.
I like to do stuff that gets dancefloors moving. Whether that’s the tunes on this EP, or driving this big bleeding tank across it. Either is good with me.
Morai EP, the follow-up sees Junitoshi dust off his synths for an analogue jam that lives and dies by its bassline, a gloriously funky beast that bounces like a pinball through claps and organ stabs.
Both remixes dial back the original's hands-in-the-air vibe for something tougher. Matteo Monero is the least drastic departure, embellishing the foundations with a dubby synth that winds through strident drums. Franzis-D opts for total reconstruction, turns to paranoia as he punches a discordant string line through billowing stabs.
